Appointment Prep

Please arrive with your hair washed, blowdried, and detangled. Services listed are "install & style" only, unless otherwise specified. Wigs must be dropped off to the disclosed location 2-3 days prior to your booked appointment. For same day customizations, a $25 fee will apply.

Refund Policy

There are no refunds on deposits, or balances paid for services rendered. If you have any issues with your hair, you will need to inform me within 24 hours for assessment. This does not guarantee a refund, however I will do my best to rectify the situation professionally.

DeeDee's Housekeeping

When you arrive to your appointment, please do so independently. No children, or additional guest(s) that are not receiving services please. This allows for a smooth and comfortable appointment flow. Please, arrive no more than 10 minutes early to your appointment.
